The Capstone Plus Health Plan integrates with existing major medical plans and is a Section 125 plan focusing on preventative health and wellness.
Employers with at least ten full-time W-2 employees may be eligible. Or, if you have 50 employees, some that are part-time, you may also qualify for this outstanding no cost benefits package.
The Capstone Plus Health Plan includes tax advantages per IRS codes and ACA wellness rules.
The plan integrates and complements existing medical plans employers may already have in place and leverages IRS Section 125 to focus on preventive health and wellness for employees and their families.
The Capstone Plus Plan is a fixed indemnity plan with a preventative health and wellness program. The primary emphasis and focus of the plan is much improved health for employees and their families, while lowering the risks for catastrophic illnesses and debilitating health conditions developing.
Capstone Plus does not disrupt, change, or replace your existing insurance plan. Instead, it is a health and wellness plan that complements and enhances any existing coverage you may have for your employees that qualify.
As ancillary benefits, once the plan is onboarded, employers have the ability to save $300 to $600 annually per employee, while employees enjoy an increase in take-home pay or may utilize those funds toward additional voluntary benefits.
Additionally, employers may be eligible for better rates on their worker’s compensation annual premiums, enjoying an overall healthier workforce with lower absenteeism rates.
PLEASE NOTE: Because this is a fixed indemnity plan and not a SIMRP plan, there is no major medical requirement for organizations to qualify that have fewer than 50 full-time W-2 employees.
The plan also supports more effective employee recruitment, retention, and engagement, while being fully compliant with the Affordable Care Act wellness regulations. Again, without disrupting or replacing an organization’s current medical benefits.
